Return and Refund Policy: Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom bags, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.  Please understand that Even The Sparrows bags are all made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Therefore, all sales are considered final. By approving the final design and placing your order, you agree that all sales are final.  However, we are here to help!  Please reach out if you have any questions about your design before you purchase, to insure complete satisfaction.
