Shipping: We are pleased to offer you Free Domestic UPS Ground shipping with signature confirmation. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except for holidays). 
If you would like insurance added, please contact us before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time: Due to the nature of your custom bag, please allow items to process in 2-3 business days from the receipt of payment. For Monogramed bags, please allow 1 week for processing. 

*Please note that Even The Sparrows will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control or if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

We will gladly help our customers with the process, but please understand we are not responsible for packages lost during transit, nor for weather-related damage or delays.
