What is the return policy?
Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom bags, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun. Please understand that Even The Sparrows bags are all made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Therefore, all sales are considered final. By approving the final design and placing your order, you agree that all sales are final.
However, we are here to help! Please reach out if you have any questions about your design before you purchase, to insure complete satisfaction. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
What is the processing time?
Please allow 2-3 business days from the receipt of payment for your order to be processed, excluding weekends and holidays. For Monogrammed bags, please allow 7-10 business days to process your order.
When will I get my order?
We are pleased to offer you Free Domestic UPS Ground shipping. This is usually 4 business days. Delivery times are based on business days (Mon-Fri except for holidays).
